  • I went in to suite C103 which is a few doors down from the main suite- same business- just an extension. I called in and was able to get a "same day" appointment and I was a new patient! I know this isn't the norm but they worked with my situation and considered my concerns. So grateful for that. The office is new and beautifully decorated- comfortable with a TV and reading material. I was greeted warmly when I walked in. I was treated very professionally- the front office staff were efficient, polite & courteous- they even did it all with a smile! The nurse called me back and I noticed the decor followed thru the rest of the office. My nurse was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. My wait to see Becky Caudle PA-C was minimal. When she examined me, she was very thorough, she took the time to listen and she addressed all of my questions. Her demeanor was very positive and upbeat, it was an enjoyable experience. I was very impressed with this office- the staff were all wonderful as was the PA that examined me. From all of the doctor's offices I have visited over the years, (and because of my mom's failing health there were many)- this was one of the best I've dealt with.
