  • I should have read the previous review before setting up an appt with this place. Same issue, she forgot my appt and insisted I'm the one that made the mistake. Good thing my appt confirmation is through FB messenger so there's proof. She wasn't even apologetic. The lady she was working on said "that's why you moved me today instead of next week, this was her slot" then even offered to have me in her spot instead of finishing her hands (her toes were done already) but the manicurist would not even think of it. Then she blamed me for being late, our appt was 5:15 and she was already working with the other lady since 5pm! And I was calling her for directions and she wasn't answering. She said she couldn't answer bec she was busy working on the other lady then I said well if you didn't reschedule her on my slot then you wouldn't be preoccupied and would have answered my call and I wouldn't be a little late, got there at 5:20pm. I emailed Groupon for a refund. This place was close to my work and convenient if I have to have my nails done after work bec I live on Far East side of Madison. But now I will never go back to this place!
