  • Sorry, but even though the food and service is fine, their lack of knowledge and information for this year's Lasagna Day was not. In the past, lasagna day was half off their lasagna dish. I called a week ahead to see if this was still true and made reservations when the person on the phone said it was. One week later, we get there and sit down and order. The waiter didn't know about this at all, or what the special was. Before he took our orders, the salads that came with the lasagna were included. And yet after we got the check and I asked about the discount, he said the manager said that the salads were what were given for free. Unless they come out with better and more clear announcements so that everyone is on board, not four different people thinking different things, I'll have to cancel the lasagna anniversary. =(
