  • I've been coming here for 20 years and have spent alot of money here, today I was turned away when I came in to get my dogs nails trimmed, they told me that her rabies vaccination had expired Dec. 14th, now I know for a fact ( because my husband is a Physician assistant and is trained in this field) that there have been no kown cases of rabies in dogs in Maracopa county so this is not a real threat however her nails may end up hurting her if she doesn't get them trimmed soon. The problem I have is the crappy customer service you get when you've been a good customer for 20 years you'd think they would be a little more flexible, I also tip them way over 20% when I have them trimmed, I've been past on my rabies shots before and I was never turned away, I won't be coming here anymore I'll give my business to someone else who appreciated having regular customers come in, this really makes me sick.
