  • As an owner, this management company is the worst. All people working there are very unprofessional, Miss Newman was never available, always out of the office and practically had to beg the person answering the phone to take a message to return the call, which never happened. After several times of trying to speak directly to Miss Newman, the person answering the phone gave me her email address. It seems she is more comfortable with email. I did receive a response. When a tenant moved from our property, we were not informed. We received our monthly check, which had increased, I called to find out why the increase. I was told there are now new tenants. We are supposed to be informed of a change and their response was that they were unable to contact us. We had not changed phone numbers or address. Note: Seems like the positive reviews are bogus.
