  • 3rd time they screw up my appointment!! no, it's not ok, i'm not going to sit in the chair for 20 minutes while she finishes the other client!! it's an appointment, i can understand 5 even 10 min delay..but a while manicure wait..no way! the manager then rolled her eyes at me ..telling me oh just wait! i tip very well... i can't stand this place anymore!!
