  • I've been a customer for about ten months and satisfied with the haircuts given, up till now. This last one on May 14 is somewhat of a disaster. Uneven on the top, shaved extremely short on the sides, along with a sharply contrasting Mohawk ridge like style running a narrow corridor along the top down to the back. Mohoawk was the last thing I wanted. I asked for my hair to be tapered, but that's what I was given instead. This was likely my last time there. Feedback exoressed a toxic combination of disappointment, shock, and negativity. I was not surprised.
