| - The assortment and quality of the buffet food deserves 5 stars.
BEST
-Went straight to the steamed king crab legs definitely better than all other crab legs on ice at Bacchanal and at other hotel buffets. They'll scoop you an entire plates worth from big pots of salted water. I didn't use any butter, they were sweet on their own.
-The fresh juice in cute jars with caps. My favorites of the night were Pina and Horchata. For someone who normally only drinks water or coffee, i left 3 empty Pina jars and 2 empty Horchata jars on the table. Mixed the horchata with coffee!
-The carving station itself was absolutely impressive. Ribs, sausage links, lamb, prime rib and so much more. Prime rib was super rare though.
-Noodle soup station with ramen, wonton noodles, and pho
- Dessert! Made to order crepes, add your own toppings. Full gelato bar.
Knocked off 1 for their disorganized and confusing entrance set up. Hoping the madness was just the NYE holiday weekend throwing them off...
This is what you do:
1. Go a couple hours before you want to actually eat and request your table through the kiosk
2. Kiosk will ask for your phone number and print your a receipt to give you an estimated return time (it could be up to 300-400 minutes later and no that is not a mistake)
3. Drink, gamble, have a snack to kill endless amount of time
4. Bacchanal will text the phone number you provided via the kiosk when ready
5. Jump for joy and return to Caesar's to get in another line next to the kiosk where one employee is and hand them your ticket (when someone is not sneaking up front to ask them a question)
6. If all checks out, they will let you pass to the payment line
7. Pay $$ then get back in line for a table
8. Finally, someone will bring you into the buffet
9. Pile on the crab legs and prime rib
Total price: ~150 for 2 people after tax (holiday pricing)
If you have the patience, Bacchanal is worth it!
