  • Brett which pronounced himself the owner was very impersonal. Wanted to upcharge me just because I own a Sub-Zero. Gave me a quote for 1100 Dollars to replace me compressor. He couldnt even do the repair for 3 days. He also claimed to be factory certified and could do the repair with OEM parts. Called Sub-zero to confirm this. The only company certified by them is Tri-City Appliance. Called them up. They came out. Fixed my refrigerator same day and only charged me 483.13 dollars. HUGE difference. Before you do a job. Do some research! my only suggestion.
