customer service was bad, need to hire waitress and waiter that have experiences instead of hiring their family members and friends, have over ten front of house staff and not one looks like they ever been a waitress or waiter, food is going to the wrong tables, getting water on the tables take over and hour, food takes another two hours because the waitress told me that the Chef "cooks one ticket at a time" (that's not what your supposed to tell your guest) apps comes out with your entree, didn't know that's how it works now.... really needs a floor manager or someone that's going to take leadership to all the waitress and waiters that they have, cause all they do is hide by the cashiers desk and hide from their tables. On the other hand the food was great the only reason their getting two stars. i hope they will make improvements to the front of the house, cause this place will have potential.
