  • Worst car dealership ever!!! I discussed the night before over the phone about the price of the vehicle I was looking at. I was assured by there Internet Sales manager Tracy that the price was the same as advertised and the incentives matched up. We also discussed the residual value of the new car and my trade. They had all the information they needed and assured me the deal would be good. I get to the dealership (mind you I'm driving from prescott) and nobody knows what I'm talking about. About 3 hours later we were met with a 825 dollar a month payment and no answers as to why (the math didn't add up). The manager didn't even try to make a deal, he just sat there looking confused. This place is full of snakes and slobs that would rather smoke cigarettes while you are waiting for them to return with a price, then to honor thier word. Don't waste your time, worst car buying experience ever!
