| - If you're reading this review and are seriously considering eating here, I recommend training your stomach to prepare. You will literally eat the biggest meal of your life.
Was in Vegas and was treated to the Bacchanal Buffet. At 5 PM on a Wednesday, the line was around 20 minutes. It's also around $60 a person for dinner, but they have coupons available! I walked in and was in awe. The buffet is so spacious and so beautifully decorated. They have piles upon piles of food. Their seafood section is the most famous, with rows of mussels, clams, shrimp, and snow crab legs. Everyone walked away with plates full of snow crab legs. I was really happy that Bacchanal cuts their snow crab legs in half so it's so easy to eat. They literally boil hundreds of pounds of these crabs per day and you can get them freshly boiled or chilled. The line for the popular foods became long but nothing more than a few minutes. I also have sampled their ribs and their oh-so-juicy flank steaks.
Their sushi section was a bit small and didn't seem attended to as much as the other sections, but it had a selection of rolls. They also have an Asian section, American section, pasta, etc. After a few more rounds of crab legs and shrimp, I was ready to tackle dessert.
Their dessert section has the largest selection of sweets I have ever seen. They have cake pops, an entire bowl of macarons, a huge array of cakes, pies, tarts, fruits, and an entire gelato selection. I sampled the passionfruit and lychee gelatos, which were so delightful. I would recommend saving 30% of your stomach for desserts.
I absolutely loved my experience and would definitely come back if it weren't so darn expensive!
