  • My car was towed here after I was in an accident in the area, the tow truck guy recommended the place. Friendly staff and convenient since Enterprise is in the same building. My issue is the amount of time it took to get a quote. Dennis mentioned that they could get a quote to me by the end of the day or Friday. Friday went by... then Saturday... and of course they are closed on Sunday. I ended up having to call them on Monday afternoon after not hearing from anyone. Racking up rental car charges and to top it off they charged a storage fee for each day it was there. Joan was nice enough to take off a couple of days. Check out Mayfield Collision on Aurora road, Scott had a quote completed and emailed within 2 hours.
