  • This is a nice Michael's. It's nicely maintained and the people working here are friendly and knowledgeable. Lots and lots of stuff in the store! What prevents this rating from being a five is how slow the checkout process is. A line builds up quickly and they are not quick to get more cashiers to the front. A single cashier was struggling to serve a lengthy line for quite some time before anyone else opened a register. I'm surprised more people didn't walk out (they lost a few customers).
