  • I applied for and paid a 245 fee to rent an apartment here. For some unknown reason and I was not told why I was denied. I have good credit and have never had a problem renting. So my husband applied and he was approved again we paid another 245 fee for him so now they have 490 of our money. I asked that my deposit monies be put towards the lease and no response. My husband emailed and called many times as our move in date is 5 days away. No response only a welcome email. I called and you can never get "Cherisa" the manager on the phone. I finally did get her on the phone only for her to tell me that because I was denied I can't live there and we don't get our money back because it was past 72 hours. First off my husband never got a response and I never got response either! Cherisa is VERY RUDE and obviously I should have read the Yelp reviews before applying to this dump. It all works out for the best found a way nicer bigger apartment in a guard gated beautiful community. BEWARE! There are much nicer places I also have turned them in to the better business bureau.
