First off I want to say that I am happy with my Sirius XM Radio. I love not having commercials! However, the customer service & billing centre is HORRIBLE! I have requested 7 times for a manager to call me regarding a serious issue I have with threatening emails being sent to me. I have been waiting since January 2nd to receive a phone call. I have sent multiple emails, contact forms from their website, and have called their customer service centre 4 times asking to speak with a manager. I have been told that there is no manager for the billing department which I find extremely hard to believe. I DO NOT appreciate being lied to and I DO NOT appreciate receiving threatening emails being sent to me for no reason. I have paid my bills, there are no outstanding issues on my side and yet I continue to receive these emails that are totally uncalled for. If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish there was another option for satellite radio because I would take my business elsewhere. What does it take to have to receive a frickin phone call? Do they not know how to use a telephone? AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!!! I hope that someone sees this and calls me. If not, I will continue to write negative reviews everywhere I can possibly find.
