  • I cannot say enough about Mason and his team! I got a MacBook Air from them back in March and the experience just from me texting with Mason before going in store and being assisted by Jake was nothing short of amazing. I recently returned about a week ago because it wouldn't turn on:( I tried every trick I could Google, but I am not an Apple girl, so I figured I'd go back to the store so they could help me or point me in the right direction. Mason was extremely nice!! I was expecting to hear the worst news of having to purchase a new one. After about 15mins he returned to me with the laptop in working condition and said that he switched out the hard drive. He even expanded the memory! Working in the hospitality industry, GREAT guest service goes a long way with me. I will return and recommend Best Deal in Town to everyone I know. Thank you again Mason!!
