  • I took 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed - a pair of khakis for my husband and 2 pairs of jeans for me. Extremely simple jobs, his pants to 31" inseam and both my jeans needed just one turn of the existing hem. Never in my life have I been required to put down a 50% DEPOSIT on hemming!! $78 to hem 3 pairs of pants! Are you freaking kidding me?? If she hadn't already taken the into the back room I would have walked out with my pants and gone elsewhere. Never ever again. I'm 5' tall so I've been having pants hemmed my whole life a dozen places in this country and I've never been so shocked as this time. The prices are not even listed anywhere, likely because people would walk away immediately, so who knows if shes just making it up as she goes. I'll drive to the other side of the city before going back to this place.
