  • Decided to try this new place on my way home today. It's not that great guys, let's be real. The employees are SUPER SLOW to acknowledge you, then when they seat you, it takes 30 minutes for someone to do your nails(they were not that busy and the nail techs weren't all working on other people), and the receptionist seemed like she really didn't want to be working, and didn't really like her job. Don't like your job? Then quit. Nail tech didn't even speak ONE WORD to me!!!! And she filed my nails so hard and cut my fingers and cuticles to BLOOD! Then tells me to wash my hands with just water-what???? I don't think so! I used soap, thank you. It's too pricey for the service and I was being VERY generous leaving a $5 tip. I'll keep going to the $20 nail salon up the street from my house because at least they're friendly and don't tear my skin to bits!
