  • Have been going here since it opened, love it. Not so much last nite, went to have a burger and a beer with my son and watch the Packer game. Walked in no one acknowledged us for 10 minutes. Order a pitcher of Bud light, got the pitcher but no glasses that took another 10 minutes. Then order an appetizer and the burgers, 45 minutes later still waiting, the appetizer finally came Fried Pickles, they were good. Then the burgers came about 10 minutes later and they were under cooked (ordered both well) and grisly and gross and impossible to chew. The french fries usually a bright spot there, were frozen bag french fries under cooked and greasy. The bun was so old and hard you could have pounded nails with it. Was told by a worker there the the original cook was at the new restaurant they're opening in Henderson. Wait for it; the new cook is a dishwasher and doesn't know what he's doing. I am never going back again?!!! This place USE to be one of our favorites, the staff seemed not to care, especially if you weren't gaming. There is one bright spot and that is the waitress there Dee, she is a gem!!! Wake up owners, a lot of new competition in the neighborhood and they're rocking it! SG Elevated a block away. Avoid Great American Pub - The SG is where it's at!!!!
