  • Alan came to my house and did his measurement. I gave him a drawing that I want for my backyard. He disregard it he told me he had been in the business for a long time , he knows what he is doing. Fine. Days later, I have to follow up with the proposal quote. I was provided a quote of almost $3,000 for the planters. I asked Melissa how did he come up with $3,000 for a planter? There is even an existing irrigation in the planter, all he has to do is fixed the features. So I said, I wont get the planters. His measurement in my backyard was off as well. 120 more sq ft. I know it because I have other contractors come to my house to bid. Then, Alan decided to come back to my house according to them to check the measurement. He came and he was not knocking the door. We have a door bell, but he choose to banging the door. I have dogs so my dogs went nuts barking! When I opened it, he was just staring at me. He did not say anything and went straight to my backyard. Then, he told me I was rude. I was rude for telling me why he was banging my door. Then he told me he will return my deposit, and he wont work on my backyard supposed to start the following day. He would not work on my backyard because I questioned his $3,000 planter. I reported him to the Licensing Board, as we already signed an agreement and I paid them deposit. I will take him to court for the days that wasted. I will made sure this arrogant -rude who knows will pay for what he did. Unprofessional. I don't know what is worst to described this man - evil. Be careful dealing with them.
