  • I would give zero stars if I could. The old redhead lady at the counter is very very rude. She was mad because i didn't have my medical card ready. And then filed everything as workers comp. I was being treated for stress and chest pain. She told me I could ONLY BE TREATED FOR ONE SYMPTOM....so I had to choose. I said the word "work" when checking in and she went crazy with paperwork and workers comp forms and stamping things. Next thing I know I am back in my car wondering what happened. Now they refuse to see me and will not help me with a doctors note for work. I am now being TERMINATED from my job. So glad I spend zillions of dollars on health care..and the one time I try to use it?? Completely unacceptable.
