  • Went to Century Link on Decatur. Advised I was there to buy a new modem. The girl asked if I brought the old one in. I told her that we owned the old one. She gave a snotty look and said rudely, "That is not what I asked." After purchasing the new modem I asked a question about installing it and was told to read the directions. The young, rude, unprofessional, obnoxious girl who waited on me has no concept of customer service and reallly needs to find a different job.
