We purchased a car from the location on Tropicana in Las Vegas in September 2014. It's been nothing short of a nightmare. In less than 90 days the car has been in to them for repair 3 times. They tell lots of lies (I guess that should be expected). I am in the process of notifying the executive offices of Budget and even that has been a challenge to reach but I won't give up till I get to the CEO of Budget and voice my concerns about poor business practices, etc. The specific details are too much to include in this forum but if you are wise, STAY AWAY for your own sake.
