  • Do not buy a bed from this company. It will be a hassle to return and good luck getting warranty service if you keep it. Most of the good reviews here look fake or paid for (reviewers with only a few reviews). Before buying, I tried calling them to ask some questions, no answer. The next day I decided to just order the bed online. I realized immediately I had ordered using the wrong credit card (my fault). I called the company within 10 minutes of ordering, no one answered so I left a message. No one called me back and they shipped out the bed. The bed was going to be delivered more quickly than I expected (2 days). I wasn't home that day and to my surprise the FedEx tracking showed delivered. I called my neighbor figuring they had taken it, nope. Then I called FedEx asking who signed for it, apparently they sent a giant mattress WITH NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. What geniuses. Came home a couple days later and looked for the mattress, none was to be found. I figured it must be stolen. I called them, no answer, left a message. They never returned my call, but luckily a few days later, turns out another neighbor had taken it in. So finally, I get to try the bed. It took a while for it to air out, the chemical smell was pretty strong. Bed ultimately turned out to be uncomfortable for me, but wasn't the worse I've had. Two days ago I called to return the bed and someone actually answered! They said they would send e-mail a form, I'd need to return the form, and then someone would contact me in 5-10 business days. I didn't get the e-mail, so I called again today, when the representative said all it was a link to the form online, and he gave me the URL. This is clearly just another hoop for me to jump through. I submitted the form and I'm curious if they'll actually come and take the bed from me at this point.
