  • I was there for a routine procedure. Front desk lady very brusque. Nurse with dark hair has no compassion. I told her I spoke to the doctor, she said I hadn't and had to wait until he came to speak to me.- Over an hour later, she ran up to the doctor saying I was being a pain, and he said that he already spoke to me. Then she rushed me out the door. Didn't offer water, blanket, anything- other nurses were asking their patients but not my nurse. Finally, another nurse saw me shivering and gave me a warm blanket.
