rev:text	I have had the most horrendous experience at this place and quite frankly In my opinion this arena needs to be shut down until they get there act together. I attended a concert on February 13th and camped out overnight on the street because I had General admission tickets. They never mentioned that unless you paid 600$ for a "VIP ticket" you had NO ACCESS TO RESTROOMS unless you waited 45 mins for the Carl's Jr. restroom which has ONE TOILET. I waited IN LINE TO USE THE RESTROOM FOR 45 MINUETS JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT I CANT USE THE BATHROOM BECAUSE THE TOILETS ARE FLOODING. Not too mention I got toilet water ALL OVER MY SHOES. I held my urine for 3 hours because the staff at this unprofessional venue refused to let me use any restroom that was at this arena just because I didn't have a "VIP ticket". How did I pay 300$ + too see a concert at this place and NOT EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO A RESTROOM. Not to mention all employees were rude and unprofessional. I camped out OVERNIGHT for his concert. An employee from the arena came by around 8:30pm the night before the concert and gave everyone that was camping out overnight numbered wristbands so there would be no confusion over the people that were waiting since the day prior. When the time came to walk into the arena about 50 people pushed, shoved, and cut the line in front of us who had all been camping overnight and when I confronted the box office and security they said they weren't going to acknowledge our wristbands and literally let everyone get trampled like animals in a stampede . When I confronted security for the THIRD TIME about the mess he says I asked him what They were going to do about the mess that was happening he said Theres nothing he can do I just need to be "more aggressive" with the people that were cutting in front of us ........ excuse me???? Why not just acknowledge my wristband stating that I SLEPT OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT FOR THIS CONCERT? He was insinuating that I start shoving people and elbowing them like the were doing to me... SO UNPROFESSIONAL. People were passing out and It was thoroughly disorganized on the staffs part. What was the point of giving us wristbands if you aren't even going to acknowledge them? Why was this so unorganized? Has this venue ever put on a concert before? It was absolutely ridiculous . If I would have known this venue would have been so UNORGANIZED I would have literally driven to another state just to avoid this awful place. Worst experience of my life.
