  • Came here because I had a craving for Paella. The Carmen paella came loaded with shrimp, chicken, chorizo, mussels, and clams. Oddly enough, I wish there was more rice for the sauce. I also wish there was more of a kick to this dish to make it have more of an authentic flavor. It would be great if they offered a spicy option? We also had the garlic shrimp appetizer, and the shrimp was delicious. Simple grilled shrimp just like they do in Europe.
