  • Just returned from Scottsdale after a 7 day family vacation at Hyatt Regency Gainey Ranch. We loved it. The service was amazing. From the front desk to the maid service, everything was top notch. Alto ristorante was very good. The servers at the pool were very nice and attentive. I think his name was John , manager at the pool, who really took care of all our questions and concerns about the pool and chairs. He was helpful, very nice, and accommodating. Recommend getting a cabana during spring break especially with young children. Driving distance to many good restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel!!!
