| - When I tried to open my garage door last week, it made it about half way up, made a loud pop, then fell back to a closed position. Googling and Yelping led me to Legends, who came when they said they would, gave me a fair estimate, and had it fixed in an hour or so.
It was a broken gear on the Liftmaster opener from trying to lift a double door with weak springs. As a former inspector, I had a good idea as to what was wrong with it and about what it should cost before he showed up, but let it play out just to see if they would try to stick it to me.
Josh offered to just tighten the springs to give them a little more time, but I opted to have them replaced since it was just under $190 to do it, which is a fair price. And he was reasonable on the opener gear as well - AND he had the replacement on his truck.
Yelp got this one right. They were honest, fair, dependable, and affordable - everything you want, but rarely find, in a garage door service. I'm a happy camper!
