  • I won't be using this garage again. I had a coupon for an oil change and free tire rotation. After checking in with the service writer and turning over the keys, the technician took my keys and pulled my car into a service bay. Five minutes later, the service writer called me and told me there would be an extra charge for my car's oil filter. I said, why? He said it was a special filter used on my car. This was an outright lie! I've never been told that and I've never been charged extra for the filter. I needed the service, so I said OK. I watched the technician service my car and I noticed he never removed and rotated the wheels. So when the service writer said my car was finished, I asked him about the wheels. He said they were rotated, and I said no they weren't because I watched the technician and my car the entire time it was in the bay. The manager, who was also behind the counter, heard this and went into the garage and talked with the technician. The manager then comes band tells me they were not rotated because they don't need it. I told him it had been 10,000 plus miles since they were rotated and he said that doesn't matter. I said I want them rotated, and they did the service. So, I feel I was scammed on the filter and they tried to scam me on the rotation. Don't use this garage!
