This is the worst.....and I mean worst Starbucks ever!! They never get your order correct and when you address it with them they look like "what do you want me to do about it"!! I understand when mistakes happen but on my 3rd order and they got it wrong again, I had to address it. The shift manager (her name was Shea, at least thats what she told me) during the afternoon shift was unbelievably rude. I explained to her this was the third incident and she said "Well we get busy and it was rung up wrong). She continued working, did not stop to address any concerns and when I asked for a corporate number she in a very rude manner and raised voice stated "The district managers card is over there" pointed and walked away. I took the card and walked out of the store. When I was walking out 2 customers followed me out and stated they could not believe the way I was treated and that she was talking "shit" about me. Really....This is who Starbucks places in management positions (even shift managers position). When I got home I did it address it with their customer service department and spoke with a professional and very customer oriented employee named Brittany!! She addressed all my concerns, gave me the appropriated personnel I need to speak to and apologized for the inappropriate behavior of one of Starbucks employee. Shea, the shift manager at the North Tatum location is not an example of the normal Starbucks experience. She is rude and really does not need to be working with the public. Thanks again to Brittany at the corporate Starbucks office. She was wonderful.
