  • Well, I'm going against the grain here....maybe something's changed for the better after the many previous reviews below. We walked in with less-than-perfect credit and John Nichols was great. He was polite and respectful and we enjoyed our interaction with him. Perhaps there's a difference in the sales and service department or maybe they've taken the reviews to heart and had a shift in their methodology, but I have only positive feedback. Thanks John.
