  • I needed a thermostat replaced and in preparation for the brutal Vegas summers wanted to ensure that my AC was in good order. I contacted Legacy Air and I'm glad I did. These folks were awesome from start to finish. Initially, I spoke with Carissa, who was extremely friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions, provided me with a reasonable quote, and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. On the day of my appointment the technician Abraham called to let me know he was on his way. Abraham was punctual, professional, and extremely friendly. He promptly installed the thermostat and completed the inspection of the AC unit. Upon completion of his inspection he informed me of his findings and thoroughly answered my questions. More importantly he didn't try to B.S. and up-sell me, which I really appreciated. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reliable HVAC company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future, should the need arise. Thank you Carissa and Abraham!
