  • I had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Frank and Mr. Tony again the other day and they really proved to me that customer service their #1 asset. I went to this store to purchase some bulbs and to also ask how I will be able to fix the light fixture that we bought 3 months ago. Mr. Frank helped me with the bulbs and immediately called Mr. Tony's attention regarding my broken fixture. We talked and I can actually feel his genuine concern about my problem. He took my number that time and told me that he will call me once he find the parts that he thinks I need. So I left the store feeling hopeful that they will be able to help me again. After about 15 mins, while I was grocery shopping, they called me and asked me to bring my light fixture to the store and Mr. Tony will fix it. So after an hour or so, I'm back in the store with my broken fixture. Mr. Frank saw me and he actually excused himself from his customers to tell me that Mr. Tony is waiting for me in the back. Another staff guided me to the back and called Mr. Tony. He came with a smile, looking enthusiastic and ready to fix my light. He did a quick assessment of my item and said " You know what, (looked at the product number), we'll just replace it! I was like ... WOW! you will do that? He went to the back and came out with a box of the item. I was speechless, I didn't expect him to do that! I say he really went far and beyond! I highly recommend this store because of Mr. Tony and Mr Frank's excellent customer service! Another five star experience!
