  • While I didn't have an opportunity to meet Bill personally, I was introduced to him through a business associate. We recently moved to California and Bill spent the time on the phone explaining group coverage for my company versus individual family plans. We was very honest in explaining that I would be better served through an insurance broker that covers plans in California. He then took the time to research the right agent and I was able to promptly make contact with him. Bill's research also was thorough enough to recommend me to president of the local NAIFA chapter. I sincerely appreciate Bill's integrity and professionalism. I appreciate the time he took to fully understand the nature of my business and my family's personal health needs, to educate me on my options and more importantly, to take the time to refer me to the right agent in California.
