  • Without Kimberly's help we would have never gotten our lovely, new-to-us home. Nothing about the transaction seemed easy, especially because we were first-time buyers. We encountered protracted negotiations with the seller, some testy discussions about the repairs list, and a completely unexpected, last-hour snafu with our mortgage financing. Throughout this incredibly taxing process, Kimberly was the perfect agent. She did lots of handholding and counseled us through the whole stressful thing. She is detail-oriented, exacting, direct, assertive, and professional; we saw all these aspects of her professional demeanor as she expertly negotiated with the sellers' agent at every step, went to extraordinary lengths to keep our deal alive, and ultimately made sure that we were able to buy our house. I infrequently think that service providers are "Woohoo! As good as it gets!," in Yelp parlance, but Kimberly is that, and more. We were so grateful to have such a superior agent in our corner.
