  • Had a friend from out of state order a ps4 for me as a gift and they refused to process the transaction because it seemed suspicious Antoinette from coustomer service was rude and refused to return calls explaining progress with the transaction and me and my friend had to call multiple times without a return call to find out what was happening even with my friend who bought the ps4 on the phone they wouldn't sell it.wastes gas and 2 days worth of waiting to find out transaction was going to cancle reguardless as a company I recommend going to Walmart or someplace else.
