  • I went to the store in Rock Hill at Riverwalk the other day. I took 3 pair of athletic shoes with me and told Taylor what I liked and didn't like about each. I'm a Jazzerciser, so I wasn't looking for running shoes, necessarily, but training/dance shoes. She analyzed my gait and we tried 4 pair of shoes. She was patient and knowledgeable. Charlotte Running's return policy is for store credit, not a refund. I told Taylor I'm very happy with that, as I feel confident they will find me the right shoe if the ones I bought don't work. But I must say, I think my new Brooks Glycerins will work perfectly!
