  • I found this company through Yelp when I was looking for a move out clean. The owner, Tyler, was super friendly, straightforward, and had the great suggestion of having them come in to clean after I had already left the state in order to get the place really clean. Tyler called to confirm my scheduled cleaning the day before and returned my call in a timely manner when I called to confirm the final total and ask how it went. He also kept his word about the price, which I thought was very reasonable. Assuming my apartment complex has no issue with the cleanliness of my apartment, I am very satisfied, even though I will never see the finished product myself. However, they do offer a "landlord guarantee", which made me feel more comfortable about having the cleaners come when I wouldn't be able to be there. Update: My apartment complex had no issue with the cleaning. I wasn't charged a cent by them after my move out.
