We purchased a used phone from a third party. The seller met us at this location and kindly waited until the Sprint employee verified that it was a clean phone that could be activated. My husband finalized the purchase, confident that it was a good solution based on the Sprint employee's verification. The Sprint employee knew that we were counting on their verification before finalizing the transaction. Unfortunately, the Sprint employee was wrong. After the seller left, the Sprint employee was unable to activate the phone because it had been rooted. We were counting on their advice, and they let us down. Disappointing.
