  • I agree with some of the other reviewers who were displeased with a certain associate at Kiehls. There is an older lady whose had lip injections and other plastic surgery done that is very rude and inconsiderate. I've stopped going to browse there. I wish someone would take notice and remove her from her post Absolutely not worth going to Kiehls if they have bad customer service
