Cab was on time. Car was clean.
But...we get to the destination and the driver says it will be $32.00 (which is very close to the estimate--so no problem so far). All I have is two $20s. I told him to give me $5 back. He says 'Sorry, I don't have any change.'
There was nowhere around to get change and I was in a hurry. So I paid over 20% more because the driver claimed he had no change. He could tell I wasn't happy, so he pulls out a business card, hands it to me, and says 'Next time call me direct and I'll give you $5.00 off.'
The ride was fine and timely, but....I won't be calling back.
