Spectacular food, service and ambiance. After being turned away initially at the door for a table sans reservations [book in advance!], I returned an hour later.
Highly recommended: txori-pulpo: chorizo and squid atop a bed of pureed garbanzo beans with lemon-marianted red onions. Alcatxofas con almejas y jamón serrano: grilled artichokes with clams and jamón serrano - incredible slat balance and one can still taste the ocean! I also had the venison filet which is currently not on the sample menu online. I would highly recommend this as well!
Next time, I will certainly opt for the menu dégustation!
