  • I've rented from them all the times I go out to PHX, and they always blow me away with how great they are. Last time I was out there, I made a reservation on a full-size car and the lady that was helping me, started laughing and said, "Come on, I know you don't want to rent a Ford Taurus now or do you?", "Well what are my options..", I replied. She walked me through the long line of Taurus's, and said, "Well...pick whatever you want for the same price." I walked around for a bit and a black Chysler 300 caught my eye, and I got it for the same price as the Taurus. They always upgrade my rental for me for free, it seems...I guess you just need to be really chill, laid back, and very polite. I'm usually in and out of there in no time...no waiting time.
