| - There will be two reviews posted - one for the custom work I had done and one for my monthly cleaning service, which I will post after this month, when I have a track record with them.
Work performed:
- Inspect pool condition and recommend repairs
- Bid and install custom automation system
- Bid and install custom lighting system
- Replace filtration
- Replace primary filter pump
I contacted Splash for the work listed above and was very impressed with the response of both Hector and Scott.
Highlights:
- Pricing was competitive. Options were presented and I was allowed to choose. There was no overselling of the product and I felt comfortable with my decisions.
- Work was completed on time, even with a holiday thrown in, and crew cleaned up after themselves.
- The system, Pentair Easytouch 8, was installed without issue, as was the new Pentair pump and filtration.
- The Intellibrite lighting system was installed without issue and worked mostly as intended (

-Hector and Scott made themselves available for any questions I had regarding operation of the system and changes needed.
I am thoroughly satisfied with the level of service I received from Splash. They made me feel like their #1 customer from day 1. When I needed work done outside their scope, they were able to point me to other contractors to ensure I was satisfied.
Now my pool looks beautiful, heats properly and has amazing lighting!

Other thoughts - The Pentair interface is a little clunky and the Intellibrite system does not work exactly as explained in the product manual. This is in no way an issue with Splash, in fact, they spent considerable time on the phone with the manufacturer to help resolve the issue. Just another example of how they delivered above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied!
