I understand that selling the "extras" is the bread and butter for those in Sales, but do not repeatedly dismiss me over and over again when I tell you I just want to upgrade and have no need for anything else. A customer should not be FORCED to endure a 15-20 minute sales speech covering each accessory section of the store. I was very clear I was on a time crunch and wanted to get straight to processing the upgrade since that can be over an hour to complete. I felt awkward, uncomfortable, and highly offended. Inconsiderate and aggressive sales tactics all done with a smile. 45 minutes later and servers crash and I walk out with no upgrade but I was plenty upset with the customer experience. I would never step foot at this store again.
