So my best friend and I bought a groupon for a haircut and a deep conditioning treatment, set up an appointment and that was the only good part of the experience. I sat in the chair (I think the stylists name was Dee) for about 2 minutes and showed her a picture of what I wanted. I had hair a little past my shoulders and wanted a short a line bob. She ran her hands through my hair once, didn't ask me anything else and put me in the shampoo bowl. The shampoo took about 15 seconds with no head massage or anything. I don't know about anyone else but that is one of my favorite parts about getting my haircut and frankly it was a joke. She rinsed the shampoo, did a 15 second condition and rinsed me again. She started drying my hair and only when my friend came over for her shampoo (after having a 10 minute consultation with her stylist) did Dee remember I had a deep condition included. It didn't matter anyway because it only lasted about 30 seconds. To make a long story short, I have had many a line bobs over the years and i am pretty sure I know how they are supposed to go. Not once did she lift my hair and pull it out to trim. She had me look down and cut up into my hair. I had to ask her multiple times to blend the back of my bend because you could see all of the cut marks and I had to show her how to trim the line up to the front because she was going to leave me with a reverse mullet. She blew it out and styled it clipped my ear in the straightener, I tipped her and I left. The next morning I woke up for work and got ready. Well my hair is now an inch longer on one side towards the back of my head, there is a two inch section of hair MISSING from the right side, and the sections graduating to the a line are so small I can't even get to them with a round brush. It is the worst haircut I have ever had in my entire life. I refuse to go back and have it fixed because frankly I don't want anyone in that salon touching my hair. An absolute waste of $45.
