  • After four hours of sitting in the ER with my 70 year old mother who has chest pains and shortness of breath, I see that this place doesn't care much about the patient. No one has asked if she needed the rest room, offered water or discussed the tests that were run over 3 hours ago. There hasn't been many people waiting either. They just keep her sitting in a wheel chair in her hospital gown. I'm not impressed at all.
