  • We went to Ikea to find exactly what we needed. Jotted down the numbers and went downstairs to pick our order. The bin # was wrong. After finally finding our item the bin was lacking all the parts to go with it. Tried to find someone. What a joke. Really like the furniture but not worth the hassle. On our way out of the store there were three cashiers open with a least 50 people in line waiting to pay. Ikea is a huge success. Unless they start giving some kind of customer service.........there will be big buildings that will be empty. Certainly, the company could afford to get more staff.
